What was this TvT/pvp map I used to play (kinda like EVO with teams building base any

It was two teams and you went from having a base with nothing to having your commander upgrade with armory ,garages ,airports etc. Only the commander(who is voted in/out ) could build stuff but you could buy stuff and what not
