alexdr5398 10 Posted December 29, 2013 (edited) I am trying to install Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead so I can play DayZ. I have successfully installed Arma 2, which works perfectly, but whenever I try to launch OA a black screen appears for about 2 seconds, then it crashes and I get the error message "Arma 2 OA has stopped working". I have tried: - reinstalling both games multiple times and I have followed instructions online on how to install it correctly, neither of which have worked. - verifying the cache for OA and it says 1 file failed to validate, but the problem still was not fixed. - running steam as an administrator. - running both games as an administrator I have not ran Arma 2 past the main menu and I would prefer not having to reinstall either game again.
