Error when launching Arma 2 O.A

Howdy,

So I just got Arma combined ops off of steam, and I downloaded both Arma 2 and Arma O.A, and Arma 2 works just fine but when I try to launch Arma Operation arrowhead, I get this error;

No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'. and when I click "Ok" it starts to launch the game but then it closes with this error;

Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0

I have tried re-downloading the game but I got the same errors,
