JIP-compatibility of new command setObjectTextureGlobal

why not just use a mp function, instead of having it built in. its a little extra code but allows for the discretion of the user.

Can anyone confirm JIP compatibility?

Btw Tonic 10 minutes are over ;)

I actually forgot...

But seems most got their answer even though I already assumed the answer. There is a reason why most vehicles aren't 'JIP' compatible and it's because of the randomization on things, vehicles such as the Offroad will have that issue, I guess it's a meh thing as it doesn't bother me much. Already wrote my own system but does suck for those that don't know how.

The report in the bug tracker mentions that it is working for units. So maybe it is JIP compatible but it is overwritten by the randomization stuff. Maybe it is working for vehicles without the random texturing...
