First aid and damage help

Hey guys,

I would need a little help with scripting. I would like to make a system that if a soldier get's wounded, he would get dragged to a backline position.

It would go like this:

If a man get's more than 50% damage, then

a group medic drags him to trigger position/I]

How would it be possible to make?
