Stopping Ambient Vehicles spawning on my base?

Hi all. I have a base on Takistan in the airport at Loy Manara. I have created a small base there but I keep getting random vehicles spawning into it/onto buildings. I want the ambient vehicles but I don't want them in that area, how do I stop this from occurring?
