Unit Caching Alternatives [SP]

Hey all,

I've tried using cB's caching script in conjunction with UPS for A3. It does a good job of initially caching units, however when I come within the set radius, which is plenty large, the rest of the units in the OPFOR groups don't spawn.

I had no issues with this in A2:CO, and I'm not really sure why this would be an issue in A3.

So my question is this, is there a way to make this work? If not is there a method I can use to spawn randomly patrolling UPS groups within a marker once I enter it's radius, and more importantly cache or delete them when I leave the area?

Sounds like the inbuilt simulation manager is pretty much what you're looking for. It's under modules, object modifiers.

It's very easy, just find it and place it. You can input the range you want and choose whether or not to exclude air units.
