muntahunta 10 Posted October 25, 2013 (edited) We have a new mod that is about to be released in Alpha over the next couple of days. we need people to test out and report bugs so that we can move onto open beta and full release as fast as possible. The mod itself is much like wastelands, with missions, etc and has both pvp and pve parts to it. The main features are as follows: Online Database: Yes, that is correct... your progress gets saved! Our computer genius has made some work-arounds from ArmA3's terrible online integration and we are (from our knowledge) the first mod to provide continuous online play to ArmA3. Currency: In The Project we have Coins as currency, they can be collected from completing missions, raiding AI bases or killing other players Groups: while there are no teams in The Project, you do have the ability to group up with others and take on the island as a team. But there is nothing stopping them from killing you and taking your part of the loot! Loot: loot is spread out around the island for you to collect, what is out there? go find out! Shops: much like wastelands and a few different mods for Arma2, we thought that adding currency and stores to purchase weapons would be a good idea, now that your progress is saved, its not all pointless! Missions: We have custom made missions spread throughout the island which give off rewards and kick-ass weapons, what are you waiting for? Levelling System: The levelling system currently provides you with the option to unlock more storage space in the bank! you gain XP by killing other players and AI, but lose XP by dying! Custom Content: We have currently added an AI Base, heavily defended, with the best loot in the game... This is also the only place you can get a chopper!... but that isn't all, we have a MAZE! big pile of loot in the middle, all you have to do is get in and out without other players killing you and stealing your loot... not for he faint hearted! Bank: Yup, you read that right, we have a bank! Killed loads of players and have a lot of money that you just dont want to risk losing? take it to the bank! you can deposit your money there and it will be safe until you come and withdraw it... but watch out, This may be a high camping spot for those wanting to catch you with all that money before its nice and safe! Storage Boxes: The Bank now contains deposit boxes, the higher level you are, the more storage you have!
