First aid function

Well I know that there is a significant amount of threads as for these issues but I have failed to work things out.

Since I am relatively new at mission scripting and I can only make do with the basics I would really appreciate some help. I am using a combination of Take on Helicopters and Arma 2 content and I would really like to have a first aid function in my mission.

So how exactly can someone achieve such a thing? I mean healing at ambulances is possible, you get injured, your aim is inaccurate, you can't do nothing but crawl when seriously injured and all of these things, but that's it.

How can I enable my teammates rescuing and healing each other?
