iWoundPwn 10 Posted September 22, 2013 I am done with all the lag I get in multiplayer servers I have good enough specs to run on high to ultra settings and I still get around 10 frames in multiplayer but I get a ton in singleplayer, I have contacted the devs multiple times on twitter etc and they never respond which gets me even angrier at them! All I want is to run most servers atleast over 40 frames...and I can't even get that they promised a good quality game but what they're forgetting is optimization at this point all I want is a refund because if I can't even run the game then there is no point of having it and I want my money back! I have these Specs: Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T (It's a great processor don't give my intel bs I know it's better but this is good as well) GPU: Radeon HD 5870 (It's outdated compared to other cards but it runs all my other games great like bf3, crysis 3 etc on high and max settings) RAM: 8GB of DDR3 G SKILL I don't get this either how if I adjust my graphics settings from low to ultra I get the same amount of frames on low as I would on ultra... -=Grunt=- 10 Posted September 22, 2013 The low FPS in multiplayer is usually caused by the server itself. When the server lags, the clients lag too. (That is why servers regularly restart) It could be down to a crappy server, a badly scripted mission, or both. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
iWoundPwn 10 Posted September 22, 2013 It's on all the servers I have played on, why can't bohemia just run dedicated servers...I go on wasteland, or a deathmatch, or some co op mission server and I get lag, I am pissed because I love arma and it just won't run MP...I paid to play mp because that's were it's at. BL1P 35 Posted September 22, 2013 Grunts right MP is all about the mission and the server. Turn on script errors and if the server your on is using a mission that is not optimised correctly the errors will usually show. At the moment every knob jocky and his mum is running an Arma3 server on his pay per slot dual zx81 server which is also running BF3, minecraft, DayZ, TS3, and bobs porn ftp.
