steamuser1972 10 Posted September 17, 2013 Firstly apologies if this has been posted recently I see several related topics but for Arma not Take on helicopters - mods feel free to merge or move this post as appropriate. Purchased the game via Steam, downloaded game and DLC. All installed ok but I'm unable to run it as getting "Bad serial entered at setup" error message. Clicking View CD key from within steam seemingly does nothing apart from sitting there "Requesting key". Have raised the issue with steam support - contradiction in terms there as heard nothing from them at all 4 days on. What can I do to get this game running, have verified the cache, run steam as administrator all to no avail. Is there an known ongoing issue with steam contacting key servers and I just need patience? Any help greatly appreciated. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tonygrunt 10 Posted September 17, 2013 This is a steam problem and pops up from time to time with different games. You have done the only thing you can do, contacting steam support.
