Summary: majority of people Are not happy with this change as it stops many mission capabilities!

However there is a ticket requesting it to be back to normal...

Besides that as tyl3r99 said, there are other threads about that ( the mods closed one that I opened to precisely talk about it ).

BTW, the ones you call "guerrilla guys" are the ones that had been fighting the AAF in the Altis civil war, so they can't be in the same side. And theoretically, the CSAT staged a military coup in Altis, so the military are "more or less" pro CSAT. And the poor people ask help to the big brother NATO, to free them ( like some european countries in WW2 that had dictatorships progermany ).

I absolutely apologize. It just didn't occur to me that this was an issue anyone had actually discussed before, let alone that the developers themselves had released a statement discussing it. (I thought it was just some minor beta-bug, as opposed to a deliberate choice.)
