zulu1 145 Posted September 6, 2013 (edited) Such general questions have no meaningful answers. Game settings impact FPS greatly, hardware specs only give you an idea if you can run the game or not. This is dealt with in other parts of the forum. When you first join you are asked to read and agree to the fourm rules.
