I would like to ask if the effects look the same as in Arma 2 or if they are even better(visual) .

OS, any chance you can tweak your smoke grenades? Hear me out...

For the record, I don't play A2 without Blastcore, so understand I'm a big fan when I say this. I understand that you modeled your smokes after the video that you've posted, but that video was showing a smoke that was set off on a really windy day. Generally, a smoke is going to "billow" up (kind of like dust in your mod) rather than all blow away in a thin stream. Even on a windy day, the smoke will start to billow as it builds away from the grenade. Any chance you can find a happy medium that still obscures vision?

If not, I'll still happily load it up in A3, but figured I'd ask.

Its ok dude, i am using the quality setting on most of the effects which are more demanding like the sparks, debris and additional dust/smoke so people can simply drop the quality of the particle effects down in the options menu to help improve FPS. Another nice feature BIS implemented. :)

A3 Blastcore looks much better on your video than vanilla explosions. Still, IMO what kills the immersion are these circling big textures. If these could just rise in up or be partially animated like vector textures but it is up to BIS not modders.

Are you planning on adding shockwave visuals? It would make explosions looks much more intense and much powerful looking forces than in vanilla.
