Warfare Module Factions

Hello I am Very confused But is their anyway To Change the Faction in the Warfare Module Example: It will only let you purchase the US Army Factions Stuff I want to know if their is a way So i Can switch it to The British Stuff If this is Possible Please help me I greatly Appreciate it!
