You have already posted this question elsewhere (helpful hint: read the rule about multiple posting / cross-posting) and had a useful reply concerning both the rule on searching-before-posting and giving you relevant links. You clearly have not searched or you would have found the sticky thread at the top of this forum. That tells you exactly what you need to do, and makes clear that the process described in that thread is the only way to resolve the problem. Requesting mods to close this thread.
