The Takistan Project

The Takistan Project is a conflict scenario with role-playing character for ArmA II Combined Operations.

There are two main fractions, and a sub fraction:

• U.S. Army

• Civilian

• Terrorist

This mission is full database persistent and simulates a conflict scenario in a terror influenced country. The player can choose between U.S. Army and Civilians the first time he joins the Game server.

The sub fraction “terrorist†is not available. A player starts to be a Terrorist when he uses combative actions against the civilian population or the U.S. Army.

As soon as the Player starts to be a terrorist the character model is immediately adjusts so he differs visually from the civilian population.

Due to the latest attacks against U.S. troops and civilians, the situation is very tense between these two fractions.

Tasks for the U.S. forces:

• Patrol

• Checkpoint

• Observation

• Observationpost

• Neutralization

• Gastransport

These tasks are provided by the mission. The Player has the total freedom of what his next steps will be. He can fulfill the provided mission or search and kill enemy Warlords and Terrorists.

Possibilities of civilians:

• acquire skills (doctor, mechanic)

• Transport food (legal)

• Smuggle weapons (illegally)

• Gas Transport

Possibilities of terrorists:

• All options of civilians remain, however, it is open season

The aim of this scenario is to have a good balance between the fractions so the player can enjoy this mission permanently.

The mission concept is designed so that players will be punished as soon as he violates the rules.

How to participate in The Takistan Project (TTP)?

• Register on the homepage www.teamkommando.de

• Download the mods via AddonSync.

• Connect to our Teamspeak 3 server and join the Channel "TTP (Beta)".

• In TS3 you get the PW for the server.
