Scope and aiming issues with keybinds and whatever else!

Hi,

I cannot get my scopes or my aiming to work when I want at all. SOmetimes it works but never right off. Using the intro infantry missions for an example. Then is no scope but I cannot get the reddot to come up when I want and I hit the keys so many times I don't know what does it anymore. it DOES NOT work for the supposed keybind..Lcontrl and RMB. AM I missing something or is it a bug?
