MonkeysNuts 10 Posted August 19, 2013 Yes we did get that email.....3 days earlier i think it was. It was definitely 2 days earlier at least. It also did the same thing again on friday 16 Aug. We've also had around 30 random crashes where everyone gets the boot and its back up and running again about a minute later. The same 'mod' is running on a smaller server and hasn't had a problem yet. Makes me think its player count related, like the server cant handle it every now and again, and every time its happened when i've been there the server has been full Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MonkeysNuts 10 Posted September 2, 2013 Thought i'd post this up as its a belter! Someone on the support side at vilayer has recommended restarting our server every 4 hours to keep it running well! So we restart it, it fills up, you spend a few hours building a base and gathering crates from objectives etc. and then? 'Sorry guys, reset time, start again'. You really couldn't make it up! web11 10 Posted December 24, 2013 I'm on my second week with them and while the server has been running ok their customer server is just awful. They will always reply saying that the can't help you, no matter what it is, even if it's a broken script on their control panel or if you have problems connecting to their database. The answers to support tickets are always short and dry, and almost rude. Basicaly they have no interest what so ever in helping their customers unless it's something extremely obvious on their end they just want to take your money and not be bothered. DuxNutz 10 Posted May 20, 2014 I purchased a package yesterday hoping to provide a gaming server for my clan. I was attracted by the advertised bells and whistles including the promise of "24/7 Support". I have a General Support/Sales query and have tried Support Tickets, Emails and Phone Calls. I have been waiting for a response by any means for over 21 hours. Is this the normal way this company does business ?? Am I the only person who thinks they may have made a "BIG MISTAKE" Maybe 24/7 is actually the support response time, but we will see !! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
