Regarding to MinErrorToSend

and /or MinErrorTosendNear ,

i think playing with those values is something we could try out on the next large-scale-tests (soonTM)

I've postponed the next one as a few more missions need to be solved and other general requirements so that this runs as smoothly as possible. The new date is precisely one week from now.
