How do i get car addons on my dedicated server?

Hello, I had a question about getting Addons for cars and planes onto my dedicated serve that i made using the server tool TA2DST server tool. Anyway, woth this server tool i can drag the mod folder in and it would "add the mod to the server" i had a map with the cars in the mod for the mission, when i try to join it brings me to a black screen with Waiting for host and say i connected and i see my name blinking red and white slowly in the top right corner...

Please help I'm a little new to using mods and addons

p.s. The server works fine without me trying to add mods
