Make bf4.5

Recommended Posts

Hi all hope all is good?

Just a quick question really

Arma is a sim game lots of buttons, lots to do, killing is a small part in arma

Now could I make a mod, to make the game to battlefield level (simple play)

Easy to fly and land anyone can fly anyone can kill, it takes 10 shots to kill ya lol

Is thinking of a mod call desert combat for bf1942

Was great fun.

Is it possible to make a mod like this

Just to make the game lighter, easy pick up and play

Just a thought

Cheers

Arma is a sim game

You are wrong a simulator can't be a game. Don't you read biforums?

As far as I know, DICE is already working on BF 3.5

That just wouldn't appeal for most part of the Arma 3 public. I don't play, usually, in public servers, but isn't Wasteland quite the pick-up-and-play situation too? We will be seeing more stuff like this until and after the release.

I think you mean Battlefield 2.5. 3 & 4 are generic MMS crap.

Desert Combat... Oh the memories.

As much as i loved CE, BF, BF2, BFV, all i can say is: No.

Arma is supposed to play like this, and that's a good thing. Controls are sometimes a tad too complicated (Too much things hidden in menus) but the gameplay is 100% fine. If this game was as arcady as BF1942 it would lose all of its atmosphere and with it most of the fun. Nobody would have developed ACE, Acre, DayZ, JSRS and all the other mods that define what the gameplay experience of Arma 2 is today if it wasn't a comparably serious game.

If you're just looking for your hilarous moments in a game, you'll find them in Arma as well, no doubt.

If someone makes a mod, I see no reason not to. Though, still wrong thread for this.

Also, to guy who said propane torch is unrealistic: oh, look at me fixing a broken engine by making motions with my hands around a tire :p

Wrong thread op

Arma is Arma and Battlefield is Battlefield. If u want Battlefield play battlefield. Simple really ;)

How can u make it like battlefield, well start learning how to mod, google search is ur friend.

But asking in the general thread about modding won't get u anywhere ;)
