comp_uter15776 1 Posted July 1, 2013 Hey all, Not sure if this should be in troubleshooting, but it does pertain to the server. I attempted to setup a simple ArmA 3 Dedi, on a home PC, just to try it out. I followed the main tutorial thread on this forum, but as I ran the shortcut, an error message which sounds typical of missing dll files appeared, about the application being unable to run because WindowsCodec.dll was missing. I found one off a site although I knew the chances of that solving the issue were slim, and sure enough, it just gave me an error about memmove 5 (or s) missing... so I removed it. I have tried validating and re-validating, swapping installs too. So, I wonder if anyone else has either experienced this issue or knows how to solve it? Regards, Comp_uter15776 P.S. I am running Windows XP on the machine (I know right), so I have a feeling it may be this. Although I swear I saw a couple of threads/posts/videos claiming to have it running on an XP machine?
