Do you really need to configure the game in Nvidia control panel with your spec ?! I can run the game at normal / ultra and i get 60 - 40 fps also in multiplayer without editing any files or using NVCP Oo

my settings are on max everything other than view distance and object draw distance :P and 3d res on 100% as it looks the same as anything over it.

view = 3800

object - 1500 - 1750

shadow - 100

(everything else max)

Setting power management to prefer maximum performance is always a good one if you are in and out of the map a lot.

Nvidia forced Anisotropic filtering looks better than Arma's if you force it to X16.

I'd love to know why it is we can no longer set our own AA in Nvidia Control panel. I would love to try using SGSSAA through NV inspector while forcing Nvidia AA, but you don't seem to be able to do this with Arma any more.

I always put the pre rendered frames to lowest. Not that it matters much, almost everybody is cpu limited when fps is low, so there's nothing to pre render.

power management on max performance of course.

I turn off all the things like anisotropic sample option, texture filtering high quality. There's no point in saving gpu effort, because of the cpu limit.

I've never played around with those settings much. Changed them to be more like yours. Don't think it will make a big difference though.

That probably means its your cpu that sets the limit.

do you get relatively good fps feel

I run everything on max (in-game) and it varies between 40's 50's
