Arma 3 Wasteland 2.3

Please where to set the time for the food and drink. Because it is my opinion now too fast down with eating and drinking.

Can any one tell me where I can set the time for eating and drinking, thank you.

@Tartar, if you allready sent ma a PM there's no need to also spam me on other locations..

wasteland v2.3 has not been released yet.

The mechanics for food and water have changed in the current testbuild, and might still be changed before final release

the decrease is only about 15% faster it just seems alot faster due to it being percentual now and no longer decreases in steps of 10.

Also be aware that eating food and drinking water adds more now (used to increase 30/40 now increases 55/65 points)

I cannot provide support for modifications to v2.3 yet as it is still unfinished and not yet fully tested. Also the testbuild still changes every day

well there's good and bad news :)

the good news is that i enjoyed all the help you guys gave me testing different aspects of the game, i got alot more feedback then i usually do when testing with just 1 other player.

performance overal has improved, fps is way better and the balance of loot, vehicle and basepart spawns seems adequate.

the bad news is, real life kicking in and family emergencies taking up some time. So i'll be testing your patience a little longer.

the full list of 'issues to fix before release' has been posted here and in between family things ill try to fix the issues.

however some of them are related to changes to the scripting engine (see jackie chan image at the bottom) and will either take alot of time, or will just be incorporated as a 'cantbefixed' issue with the game.

Okay v2.3 is nearing completion so i've setup some test-servers with todays build (31-07-2013)

Stable branch servers:

[NL] GoT Wasteland v2.3 #1 [Night/BaseSave/Antihack]

and

[NL] GoT Wasteland v2.3 #2 [Day/BaseSave/Antihack]

these are password protected with the password:

borrelnoot

report any issues you find in pm to me or on our GitHub repo :)

the ingame changelog (map > changelog > v2.3) has all the current changes

you can not yet host the mission running on these servers yourself, they will require additional files outside the mission pbo (configs and antihack detections)

on release i will create a full package, should be soon if no new problems arise :)

Does the pbo contain all needed as i am having no missions or vehicles spawning? I use a host provider so its all done by an online acp console. Any ideas :)

you need the full package, read the readme, without the config and antihax file the mission wont fully run and not spawn vehicles etc :)

1) Awesome work Jo! We started running it last night, all is smooth!

2) Could you be so kind as to point me in the direction of the script that determines the amount of barriers that spawn? And also the countdown (speed) of hunger and thirst?

3) Has anyone got the base saving to work yet?

-I set GoT_baseSaving to 1

-uploaded @inidb folder and corresponding contents into the main arma directory on the server IAW the inidb readme file

Am I missing something?

The inidb mod is a .rar download. :confused:
