Why v2?

* Both to seperate this custom version from the official 404games version since 404 now also is bringing out updates. (v1.07 got released)

ass-well because it's kind of a big update, and the difference between the 2 versions is getting kind of huge :)

what makes it different?

* well the easyest way to find out is by watching this video of v2.0:

or just reading the changelog (kept this as compact as possible)

The GoT Wasteland v2 mission is free to be used from this point on, and all 'test' version references have been removed.

if there are any suggestions and/or issues just let me know, i kinda ran out of ideas aside from making a teamplay-only version later this week (no independed players, forced teamplay)

joschaap, in some tickets i noticed devs mention that the "dragging weapons to inventory bug" should be fixed.

do you know if this is on a dev build? because on the normal 2.0 version of wasteland the problem is still here.

its probably a locality issue, since the vehicles are spawned without ownership.

getting into driverseat fixes it for now, ill have to see if i can hack my way arround it by scripting localities to player if they get near a crate or vehicle.

aha that makes sense indeed. are you aware of any ticket for this "issue"?

there are most likely multiple tickets but the feedback tracker is horrible when it comes to searching tickets :)

just as a suggestion, is it possible to show how much slots a bag has, and how many slots items take?

would be interested in this because i always have problems fitting rpg's in my bag.

also, is any bag big enough to put the new sniper in it?

very true, tho have you tested if the sniper fits in the biggest bagpack?

tbh no i didn't :)

As far as i know most rifles fit if you remove the attachments but i never dualwield rifles myself, so i'd have to go out and test it myself later this week :)

I have recently downloaded this multiplayer mission onto my dedicated server and I noticed a potential bug. When first starting the server around 5-6 vehicles and 4 boats all spawn on the hill by the airstrip where the old gunstore used to be located. Along with a weapons cache. This happens every time I start the game and it is the same vehicles everytime i restart the server. Please let me know if this is a known issue or if it is just my game. Thanks.

--I noticed that the boats keep re-spawning here over and over also. Not sure about the vehicles as of yet though.. I took a fresh download and tried that and it is still doing it?

that is a known issue, not really gamebreaking but indeed annoying.

im looking into it for the next version, its about5/7 vehicles and 2/4 boats each time. it seems they go there if the respawner fails to find a safe location to re-spawn the vehicle at

Spent some time on rebuilding the gunstore dialog yesterday.

this will be incorporated in the v2.1 release :)

It now has a more logical/user frienfly layout, ass-well as informational tooltips on all buttons :)

a preview of this menu system is found here:

progress on v2.1 is going well and i hope to get it out there before beta arrives :)

hi joschaap, my exp with the buy menu. I think you are focusing to much on the 404 menu.

most time wasted is finding the right ammo for your gun (scroll scroll scroll).

is the following possible:

go menu weapon: -> select a gun -> add somewhere near the "buy menu" button a dropdown box that displays the available ammo for that gun? with a "add ammo" button?

May we have a look at your server.cfg and other related .cfg files you use for your servers, why i ask is that they seem to work very nice, saw someone once posted a "kit" for hosting servers, is that you may be able to share!?
