Settings Dedi-Server Hetzer

Recommended Posts

hi people

I need time experience and knowledge on the topic and co MaxMsgSend

We have a new server with Hetzner and I've tried some settings but we have always and from high Desynce.

The server runs stable at 50 FPS with 15 people and a Vahalla map, but stop with Desynce. Has anyone jeman approximately the same server and can give me times its settings. It run 3x Arma 2 server, 2x Arma 3 server.

our server

Intel ® Core ™ i7-920 quad-core

24 GB of DDR3 RAM

Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise.

100Mbit

These settings we have now.

MaxMsgSend = 512;

MaxSizeGuaranteed = 256;

MaxSizeNonguaranteed = 128;

MinBandwidth = 32768000;

MaxBandwidth = 131072000;

MinErrorToSend = 0.005;

MinErrorToSendNear = 0:03;

These were the settings from the old server

MaxMsgSend = 512;

MaxSizeGuaranteed = 512;

MaxSizeNonguaranteed = 256;

MinBandwidth = 32768000;

MaxBandwidth = 131072000;

MinErrorToSend = 0.008;

And can I test the settings of any such yourself, or do I need force because other players?

And please do not refer to BIS forum or wiki that I've read 10 times and found nothing clever.

We also have a Hetzner server (similar in specs) here are our settings:

MinBandwidth=10000000;
MaxBandwidth=160000000;
MaxMsgSend=512;
MaxSizeGuaranteed=1024;
MaxSizeNonguaranteed=64;
MinErrorToSend=0.001;
MaxCustomFileSize=0;

This is for a 32-player vanilla Arma 2 server (Insurgency)

The machine also hosts an MSO server and an ACE server but rarely over 10 players with those. We also have one Arma 3 server.
