Arma 3 randomly dropping my internet connection in MP (same problem as in Arma 2)

It seems that the old Arma 2 problem resurfaced in Arma 3. WTF?! When I play the MP, I sometimes just randomly lose connection. The worst part is that it also kills my internet connection (Skype, Steam and etc.) for 10 seconds too. This problem only happens in Arma games.
