cathal84 10 Posted April 24, 2013 I emailed support @ bistudio.com on the 19th of April and still no response. I then emailed them again on the 22th of April and no response to that either yet. They said on the auto reply email that they should have got back in contact with me within 48 hours. They did say that due to the launch of Arma 3 alpha and a subsequent increase in support requests that it could take them over 48 hours to respond and I respect that. I am not angry at Bohemia interactive I am just wondering how long roughly it should take for them to respond to an email. So if anyone had past experience with emailing support @ bistudio.com please tell me how long it takes! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

All I can do is suggest you contact Placebo He will be able to help you more directly and review your submitted tickets to see what is going on.
