Is it possible to create a squad voip channel?

In my mission I created some Squad (basically an array of 4 player with one squad leader).

The problem is this: How can I make a voip channel for the squad?

I want to do this:

Commander can VOIP with Squad leaders and Squad Leaders can VOIP with (own)Squad members.

Actually I don't understand the function of Group voip channel because it seems to be like Direct channel...

Is it possible that a so powerful game like ArmA doesn't have a powerful VOIP?

Chat and VON channels are linked. If you are in group chat, you are in group VON.

I hope that the channels are 10 for ech team and not 10 for both team so 5 for each team(because I have 2 team, 10/2=5)....!!

I almost have a script complete that I was going to release that one could take and modify to their liking but I'm not sure I'll ever get around to finishing it.
