thanks for your feedback, yeah have this script for teamcolor somewhere on my harddisk. will add this in the next update.

a long term goal (not a promise ;)) is to bind teamcolor to unit type, as example ,sniper and spotter are team red, MG is team blue and so on and so on have to see how this works.

for the houseclearing you have mainly to thank Windwalking. I just modified and integrated it to my needs

This looks like a great MOD and I've heard really good things about it. I can't stand the current menu system so I really want to start using what you've done here. However, I can't seem to get it to function.

I'm very familiar with Addons but this one is giving me heck. Its installed properly, as is the latest version of CBA. Its activated along with my other addons and they all seem to be working. I can tell your MOD is at least on due to the menu being centered and dark. I've binded the keys per your instructions, User11 is Capslock for example. I can use the menu just fine but none of the 1-6 keys work and neither does User11. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

Hi this sounds not good,:confused:

at first please download the version from this threat again and install it. Because when i uploaded the link at the first place, it was attached to a broken version (my fault).

But I fixed this short time later(Just in case, if you had downloaded it immidiatly after release).

Deactive any other mods. See if this helps maybe my mod interfierce with an other mod.

also to clearify, as example you hold key 3 down and scroll the mousewheel up or down and nothing happens??

Sir,

Took your advice and deactivated all MODS except yours and CBA. Still no luck with keys 1-6 or User11 (capslock). Even tried switching mouses. Any other ideas? No one else seems to be having this issue. Ugh.

Have you redownloaded the file and from where have you downloaded it??

Do you start arma with a gamelauncher or with steam?

make shure that cba is loaded first.

also make shure that no other keybinds ar related to user11 or the other keys otherwise this could also interfere with my mod.

for me to clearify. is the whole mod not working or ?

Latest version of your MOD downloaded from Arhmaholic.

Launching within Steam

CBA V2 loaded first.

Cleared any conflicting keybinds.

The only indication of the MOD working is when I press 1-8, the menus are centered in my FOV as opposed to the default upper left when your MOD isnt running. Sorry to be so frustrating. Just really want this MOD to work.

The arrow left and right are free at the moment, due to the mousebuttonDown bug. I can't use this eventhandler.:(

I also working on an "Unit open this Door" command.

Got so far to detect the door with the mousecursor. Now I only have to find out, how to order the unit to move at the pointed door.

So anybody who has some scripting knowlegde is invited to help/join me on this one.

This is awesome! Perfect? Maybe not... but it's definitely a step in the right direction! How did you script it so the AI will clear a building? That's amazing and worth using this mod just for it, if nothing else!

I'd love to see something like this combined with something like L etranger's "VTS Simple gesture commo rose"! http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?154567-VTS-Simple-gesture-commo-rose

My wish list would be for "stack up" -> point at location, tight formation with every angle covered, "form defensive perimeter" (spread out a few meters and watch different compass headings), "take stations" (similar to defensive perimeter except in a building... would require knowing which way to point AI out of windows, doorways, holes in walls, etc.) and maybe some nice bounding advance.

I want to revise my "wish list" a bit. For quick commands:

"stack up" closely spaced column, copy my stance, watch all visible directions.

"perimeter", like "stacked up" but spread out more, as long as in line of sight of squad leaders. Good for courtyard, intersection, etc.

"take stations", like "perimeter" but inside a building. Look out windows, etc. or if in a guard tower, top of HQ, different sides of building.

"take cover", like "perimeter" but do best to be undetectable. Probably used with "hold fire" ROE. Go prone, duck in doorway, get behind hard cover, etc. Perfect for avoiding vehicles or patrols in urban environment.

Enjoying it! Haven't had a chance to test on MP yet (working on a coop mission that can fill slots with AI). Will post anything I discover.

This isn't working for me and I'm just getting the normal menus when pressing the number keys or Capslock+ them.

I'm also using http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?167744-Keys-Enhanced-Interaction-System which is working and http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?158044-Switching-weapons-on-the-move which isn't plus a few other mods unrelated to key bindings.
