Which option to alter details at distance?

Hmm, I really can't find the option which makes like rotors on helicopters show from a longer distance and not make vehicles looks plain from and lowdetail from distance. How do I make it better?

Object view distance, and object quality. Those are the ones that I think you're looking for.

You could try to go into the editor, set up the scene that you want to see improved. Now change every settings to the highest possible. It will likely lag your computer and make the game somewhat unplayable. from there lower settings one by one, checking each time to see which options effect your ideal visuals.
