How to disable icons in hud - with player names

Well, I would like to disable these icons over the players with names - I don't know to call that. They are too big, and so contrast for me. How can I do that?

It's in your profile ([playername].arma2oaprofile. It's HUD, set value to 0. You can also have them on in some diff.settings and off in others.

On a MP server this is done in servers profile, then you can't change it locally.
