How do i refund my arma3 alpha?

many bugs, lower fps in muiltiplay, i played since OFP and bought every series of BI product include VBS1 (VBS addons)

Now i quit this arms series, BI never improving ARMA engine, They never never never upgrade ARMA engine, just makeup pretty graphics

I`m so tired about bug and require so many MOD dependency and lower FPS MP issue and other other other

It's an alpha, the reason you should of bought it was to 'bug test'. So I'd say, best get writing though bugs down and pass them on to someone who can fix them rather than 'quitting'.

Second, you paid for Alpha, which is exactly what you got. I don't see anywhere where the contract was broken.
