Editing the MP Coop Missions

I've googled and searched the forums, but still don't really know what to do. All I want to do is add an ammo box with all of the guns to the MP coop missions (Headhunter and Escape from Stratis). Is there some console command I can use to change my gun? Or can someone explain how I unpack a pbo and go from there?
