IS there a mod for AI Squadmate voices? The default is terrible

Is there a mod that changes the way your AI squadmates sound? I'm playing the demo (I might want to buy on the Steam sale), but I cannot stand out unrealistic the AI squadmates sound. It sounds like different words in the same sentence are actually voiced by different people.

Also, is there still an active online community for this game (not counting the zombie mod)?
