I'm having lag/FPS issues on a small dedicated server (i5-3570K CPU w/16 GB Ram) even with the new dedicated server package. Even with -cpuCount=4, -exThreads=7 and -maxMem=8192 parameters set, the executable takes up 100% of Core0 on a 4 core CPU while Cores1-3 sit at 5-10% and performance in mission is awful. Can someone upload it somewhere, or maybe Bohemia can create a repository for actual server files(not via steam)? Because steam is not always acceseble. cds1984 10 Posted July 14, 2014 This looks great! I have it up and running but I cant seem to get the dev version (1.25.x) installed and it seems to only download stable (1.22). Robalo 465 Posted October 16, 2014 (edited) I set up Arma 3 Server (the one in Steam Tools) on another machine at home. When I try to connect to it I instantly get "you were kicked off the game". What gives ? EDIT Figured it out. Ran the file integrity verification on the server and Steam updated steam_appid.txt. It used to have 233780 in it, now it has 107410. Working fine now. Interesting that the arma3server_readme contains this info: Setup----- You may find the Arma 3 Server tool in the Steam library, by switching the library filter to "Tools". Please follow the instructions provided in the Steam client application. You may also install the Arma 3 Server via SteamCMD (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD). Its app ID is 233780. I have a dedicated server with mods and when i try to load a mission i have made, it kicks me back to the default headhunters co-op mission.
