3D Elcan - Still WIP. I am aware that the front post of the gun dose not match the sight, but it is the gun that is off centered not the sight...

Will you be re skinning the new Kuma (Leopard C2 Tank) for this pack? It would strike real gold and fit beyond well.

We at the 7CMBG are already porting the ONS Leo to the Arma 3 engine. Stay tune for updates...

In regards to the 3D scopes, and optics as a whole, just another one thing that needs to be polished well. They look out of line, meaning that either the scope is out of alignment, or the Iron sights are out of alignment. Needs to be fixed.

I would like you to take my post as constructive criticism.

Guns and optics could use more polygons - you can see

jagged lines on outlines of scope and it doesn't feel like

it's matching arma 3 graphical fidelity.

Your effort is outstanding keep on your course without my

comment or with ; )

Please understand, many of our resources were brought from Arma 2.

The task of upgrading the poly count and textures is enormous and currently, we're more focused on completing content before re-doing what works.

We're working around the clock bringing more Arma2 assets to the pack.

We do appreciate the feedback though.

As of now the primary goal is getting the weapons equipment and vehicles in game and working sublimely with A3. Once that is doen Phase 2 of CAF is to go back an polish ALL A2 ported materials including the weapons and vehicles.

Thx for the Update. Looks really good but i have an issue, the m72 didnt show up in the crate, when i try to spawn the crate an error occures with missing something^^

Noted, use

this addWeaponCargo ["caf_m72a6", XXX]; 

to add them to a different crate. Been using VAS a lot so I totally forgot to bug hunt those.

Remember you dont need ammo for the M72, it automatically adds it once you shoulder it. It's a 1 shot pony, so dont miss ;)

The Areas holding the gunners on Griffon appear to be solid, as are the windows, you cannot shoot through them.

For the F-18 have you considered asking for permission to use the Super Hornet that Saul and John_Spartan made? I know it isn't the same model of F-18 the Air Force currently uses, but it could be a What-If like the Arma 3 Leopard.

Thanks for the updates and the new content. I just had a look (can't play anything today) and I really like the vehicles added.

For my own preference I like the weapons with the green furniture as default for JTF2 rather then the desert tan but that's just me. I find the tan weapons to be a bit bright.

Good to see the m72 back in service with the mod as well as side arms with the JTF2 assaulters.

P.S. updated class list please when time permits.

I thought Canada's F/A-18's are the early A and B models, same as the Australians?

This is correct, we use the F/A-18A and B. The A as fighter and B as the trainer. Only difference is we gave it our own designation, the CF-188A/B.

Yeah I was aware of that, I was responding to what ohally said a few posts back.

we have a F-18C which is the CF-188A

I guess the C model is close enough of a representation of the A.

I'm aware of what the Air Forces uses, but I was thinking as a what if, Boeing right now is trying to get the Government to choose the Super Hornet over the F-35.

Though you would need to re-texture the model. Hm. Just a thought.
