jarrad96 1940 Posted November 6, 2017 I've now done replacements/overhauls for all factions in the game apart from CSAT Pacific- INDEP FIA The FIA (Freedom and Independence Army) draws it's origins and name from the 1985 anti-Soviet resistance movement of the same name that fought in the Malden and Everon conflicts. The modern FIA was established out of civilians and Altis Armed Forces defectors following a coup d'etat in the capital city of Kavala, causing a civil war between the FIA and AAF to break out. These INDEP FIA forces are irregular fighters who have remain loyal to the AAF Government during the Civil War, and they have been supplied and supported by the AAF military. Armament is based on that of the AAF Overhaul- Primarily Heckler & Koch rifles, G3's, HK33's and HK53's, supported by M249 SAW's and G3/SG-1's and PSG-1's. I also included some of the newer Apex and LOW equipment into the faction, to give them a bit more variation between units. Uniforms are the same as the AAF Overhaul- a mix of the Syndikate Lizard camo (used as a stand-in for Greek camo to keep dependencies down) and civilian and guerrilla apparel. The different camo and weapons help differentiate them from the other FIA forces, who instead of all being identical apart from side as they were in the base game, are now supplied and equipped by their respective 'host' / donor/ primary faction, such as AAF, CSAT or NATO. I also added in a range of new vehicles rather than relying on the defaults the FIA had, so they have some new cargo trucks and the LOW van, as well as the Apex Jeep and light aircraft, for scouting and recon.
