Brainbug 10 Posted February 25, 2013 I've seen that some German guy by the name of SHJStudio had re-made the Red Hammer campaign (the original being from OFP days) using the great CWR2 mod, but unfortunately he did it only in German (he doesn't speak English at all). That's really a pity, because it keeps a lot of people from playing this great campaign. The dialogues are still in five languages though (probably copied over from the old original), so I had the idea to add the other languages also for briefing texts etc. So far, I have put in string variables to use in the stringtable.csv, and translated the German only parts into English. At the moment Wiki (aka le Cardinal) is about to add a French translation. What is needed now is someone (or two people) who is proficient in Italian and/or Spanish (preferably a native speaker) who is willing to put a few hours of work into the translation. The task would consist of just putting in the translation into the proper places in the stringtables.csv, as well as translating the briefing.html. No scripting or coding skills are needed, it's basically enough if you know how to type ;) The plan would be to send it to one translator after the other so each can add his language, and then send it back to SHJStudio so he can update his release (might receive a few bugfixes as well etc.). Transferring the file would be the least problem, the whole campaign is just some 25MB, and I have my own FTP where I can upload it. EDIT: I gave up on trying to organize translators, and after all it is released now not only in German but as well in English, so if anyone is eager to do a translation in French, Italian or Spanish, you can do it completely on your own (the stringtables are prepared for that, you just need to fill in the words), starting off with the latest version.
