I've been trying to take the MSO 4.55 mission and editing it to change recruitable Ai and make hosts have logistics demand. I've done it before with the Takistan map but seems the one that works was an accident, now I'm trying to do it to Chernarus as Takistan is already there.

Anyways I use eliteness, double click the PBO, it opens it, I edit the 2 folders which doesn't damage it at all, then I right click the main folder and do MakePBO or CreatePBO and goto the game and it'll say MAX SLOTS: Unknown, GAME TYPE: Unknown, and RESPAWN: NONE.

It goes like MPMissions>mso_32_ace_coop_usmc_un_vs_ins_4-55.chernarus>mso_32_ace_coop_usmc_un_vs_ins_4-55.chernarus>Modules,scripts,core, everything else. I tried on both folders to CreatePBO or MakePBO.

If I get the vanilla PBO the PBO is called mso_32_ace_coop_usmc_un_vs_ins_4-55.chernarus but in game it would be MSO 32 ACE COOP USMC UN VS INS 4-55.Chernarus

Guess I dunno how to get it back to actually being playable..

Its solved, by the way... He packed the pbo with the mission.sqm to a subfolder

I had already pointed out him through pm that his pbo's are corrupt, all the scripts and files are empty, the init script has nothing on it, and he has copies of them,

and the description.ext has copies, as well as is empty, you go through each folder for the scripts, open the scripts and theres nothing on them.

I already advised him to use the MSO thread.

I nenver played MSO before so why ask me, i gave my answer the pbos are corrupt, start with a new fresh downloaded file,

and ask others that know how to edit MSO on how to add recruitable AI and whatever else, if you dont know what your doing then

you need to ask, and ask people that know the mission and have edited it before.

Yes, he pm'd me asking me to look at his pbo and what the problem could be, what he did.

Max Slots unknown was an error he was getting, and well it was because his description.ext has nothing in it, no codes or anything,

same for all of the files, and scripts in the mission folder.
