Showing my gratitude to BIS.

Recommended Posts

Hey all!

First off, whoops if I posted this in the wrong forum. It's a bit of a grey area as to which topic this fits under, I figured here would be best. Secondly, I'd like to just take the time to officially introduce myself. I'm Harry, currently living in the UK and looking forward to playing a lot of ArmA 2/3 (when it comes out!). I have made some posts before, but I never really mentioned my presence. Well, here it is!

Now, onto the real bit. I've played a fair bit of ArmA, but now have decided to thank everyone involved for making it such a great experience. The support here is great, the moderators on here keep the forum in tip-top condition, are helpful and mostly friendly ;) Not least, the very CEO actively partaking in discussions... that's quite mindblowing for me!

I bought the ArmA X Anniversary Edition a while back in December I think, and, was quite delighted when a little parcel arrived at my door today:

I was genuinely suprised as I believed a digital download resulted in those digital maps I received in those folders!

Once again, many thanks for such an awe-inspiring game, I hope everyone's success continues.

Regards,

Harry

Indeed, we do: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?90092-Just-want-to-say-Thank-You-BIS!

§7) Search before posting

If you have a question, please use the forum search function before posting to make sure that it hasn't been answered before. There is a big chance it has, not only does searching help to keep the forum free of multiple threads it will also help you to get an answer much quicker.

§8) Post in the right forum & right thread

Please ensure you make new threads in the correct forum, if you're unsure of which forum to post in feel free to ask a moderator. If a thread exists for the topic you wish to post about you must use it, for example all ACE questions belong in the ACE thread. All addon/mod questions belong in the thread for that addon/mod. In the case of DayZ discussions they should be posted on the DayZ forums, this includes problems with the Modification. The troubleshooting forum is not for problems with Addons and Mods!

Enjoy your stay anyway. ;)
