im not lagging but the peoples players are lagging

I assume this is pointed to me.

ArmA 2 and ArmA 2 OA had always warping issues. These were fixed but I think only for the ArmA 2 OA version (not sure).

If this is it, there is nothing you can do.

Well, it has some warping issues at long range. If the players are warping a lot at short range then there is something abnormal going on, like packet loss.
