Invincible Tank Crews (Bug?)

I've been playing around with the editor for a bit and I've noticed that tank crews who bail (including the player) are invincible after they do so.

is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

EDIT: Same goes for Anti Aircraft Crews. In fact I've noticed they are entirely invincible. Just wondering what's going on here :/

EDIT: Restarted the game and haven't rein-countered the problem.
