razoralpha 1 Posted November 25, 2012 ALCON: I purchased ARMA for nostalgia reasons (and the fair price on STEAM). I had issues with Openal32.dll (fixed) then I had issues with the drivers (specifically the D2458...) I followed all the steps throughout the WIKI/BIS forums and to no avail. Having said that, I finally realized I would rather have the small refund from the publisher than to continue on a warpath against my laptop (being a college student = super important). I have one issue though (the reason this is not in tech support*) who is the current publisher for the game through STEAM? I feel as though both companies are giving me a cold shoulder in the emails I have sent (it has been a 24 hour period). W/r

JdB 151 Posted November 25, 2012 Steam is the publisher through Steam. Additionally to this as you have bought the game via Steam, Steam is responsible for providing product support and refunding if that's what the customer wants. BIS has no role in this whole matter. Steam is notoriously slow in responding to e-mails.
