There are no medkits: Medical care is provided by either Medical trained soldiers, medical vehicles, or medical tents.

Ammo is sparse, and should the need arise, you can find them at (dead) friendlies, vehicles, and ammo crates.

Hi,

unfortunately there is no way how to heal yourself in FPS mission. But your shield is recovering when some little time you not receive any dmg.

And in every FPS mission is plenty Ammo Boxes. Just looking for small, red shining box.
