Is there a list of issue priorities? (As in whats the ETA of the walrus/carrier fix?)

Why is the enemy carrier so dead?

I have played this game a lot now, almost everyday since release. And not once in over two hundred games has the enemy carrier deployed any units what so ever. Some times it has had mantas circling it. They have shot back when i engaged them but never done anything really fancy. And in every strategy game the enemy carrier does the same thing. No tactics and no strategy... I must say, I am disapointed...sad but true. This game do need a fix..now...
