Message on joining game

Currently we have a server that has a welcome box message pop up when a player first joins the game just after the intro animation.

I want to edit this..... I have been all through the mission file to find it but cant, anyone know where i might find the script to edit this thanks:

That's just a hint, it could be anywhere. What mission is that?

Unpack the mission, search through all files for piece of text that already shows, when you find it, just replace with something that you want.
