Strange Texture Issue

My sketchup model has 3 materials, but when I export the model to .3ds, the export window says 4 materials were exported. When I try and import the .3ds model to oxygen, there's a fourth texture called ForeGrou in the convert texture window. This missing non-existing texture is preventing me from loading my model in game or viewing my model in bulldozer.

have you tried exporting to .OBJ file as well. You might also be using a texture from sketch-up library (wild guess here).

All 3 materials are from the sketchup material library. See screenshots I just posted. When I try to export to obj, I get an error about having too many verticies on face, even though all poly's are 3 or 4 vert poly's.

Well, the import too would mention the error if it wasn't true.

Try breaking the model into bits before importing. This will help identify which part of the model contains the problem. Then fix it before doing the final all-bits import.
