Hectic 1 Posted August 25, 2012 Hello, Well recently my Arma 2 Operation ArrowHead has been crashing on start. I run the Steam version and Arma 2 seems to run fine however when i attempt to open Arma 2 OperationArrow head it just says it's stopped working. I'v reinstalled the game 3 times i'v done the steam cache thing 2 times or more and the issue is still there. Before this i was able to play without any issues but it only appear 2 days ago which is strange since it was fine before that. Any help will be greatly appreciated. And do you try to run the game with the mods? - If so, please try to run without the mods and watch if it works then. - Specially if you have the old JayArma2Lib and/or ACRE Mod, you might have a dsound.dll file in your ArmA folder, rename or delete it. (Not running the mod is not enough regarding this file) Do you run the Beta or the stable version? Did you do any driver updates before the problem happened the first time? Whats your execution line and "start in" folder when you start OA? (Right Click on Desktop Icon -> Properties) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
